David M. Hoffman, CPA, CVA has performed hundreds of business valuations and lost profit analysis.  He has given depositions in many cases and has qualified as an expert witness giving testimony in courts throughout Florida.  He has completed training in Collaborative Divorce at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.

Sarah Villella, AVA has experience working on many complex engagements in cases involving Marital Dissolution, Eminent Domain and Estate Tax.  She has produced valuations of many types of businesses including written reports.
